Joan Vorderbruggen joined Hennepin Theatre Trust in 2013 and serves as the director of Hennepin Theatre District Engagement. She is a nationally recognized leader in the field of placemaking, a sought-after speaker and adviser, a 2016 Ethical Redevelopment Salon member at Place Lab and a 2019 Humphrey Policy Fellow.
