Dr. Tamara Butler is an Assistant Professor of English Education and African American & African Studies at Michigan State University. She is also a co-organizer/contributor to the Womxn of Color Initiatives at MSU, which is responsible for organizing conversations and workshops with Women of Color artists, scholars, writers and activists.
