Samantha Le brings over 7 years of rich experience in commercial real estate, specializing in lease transactions, acquisitions, and dispositions. With a keen focus on delivering tailored solutions, Samantha has represented both landlords and tenants, working closely with national, regional, and local retail operators across various markets. Having honed her skills as a retail broker in Chicago for 6 years, Samantha has returned to her roots in Lansing, MI, equipped with a deep understanding of the Michigan market.
Her mission is to leverage her expertise to drive economic development in Mid-Michigan, aligning with her personal goal of fostering a thriving business landscape in the region. Beyond her professional accomplishments she sits on the board of the Capital City Film Festival, and the board of the American Red Cross Mid-Michigan Chapter. She was voted 10 Over the Next Ten by the Lansing Regional Chamber of Commerce. Samantha has also participated on panels, speaking appearances, and assisted in fundraising for organizations such as Ele’s Place, The Greater Lansing Food Bank, Athena Win, Lansing 5:01, National Association of Career Women, ICSC and many others. |
