​Creative Placemaking Summit 7: We're Ready to Reconnect

It was another great year for Summit attendees to come together and talk about the impact of creative placemaking!

Creative Placemaking Summit 7 was a hybrid event, bringing speakers from all over the nation, including local placemaking heroes. In between virtual presentations, local attendees were invited to enjoy an in-person self-guided tour facilitated by Downtown Lansing Inc.--take a look at LQC Tour link to the right!

Other highlights of the Summit included keynote speakers Erika Binion-Brown from the Refugee Development Center and musician Jeff Ponders II, Alexis Rosado's "Time" installation and popular short films from previous years of the Capital City Film Festival. 

We can't wait to see what comes together for the 2022 Summit and we hope you join us again!
