The Arts Council of Greater Lansing is proud to be collaborating with the Lansing Regional Chamber of Commerce for the third year in a row to get the conversation going around creative placemaking leading up to the Summit. What does it take to be a #LansingPlacemaker?

1. You live in and/or love Greater Lansing
2. You find community building important
3. You love getting creative!
4. You know creative people that you could partner with on a community project
5. You have been a part of the Arts Council of Greater Lansing's CREATE PLACE consulting program.
6. You have great ideas for incorporating arts and culture into your community
7. You have more than one creative placemaking project under your belt and you want to dig deeper into best practices, equity and more
8. You see opportunities to utilize your expertise in creative placemaking to engage new, diverse communities and groups
9. You have attended creative placemaking events and want to be part of the conversation
10. You have seen the beautiful public art in our region and want to draw community-members to it
11. You have attended Arts Night Out in Old Town
12. You have an idea for a great creative placemaking project and want to find people to collaborate with
